DRY EXTRACTS are preparations obtained from fresh or dried vegetables, using a specific solvent. The process totally eliminates the liquid phase, through the drying operation at atmospheric pressure; or reduce this phase by lyophilization or by incorporating an extractive solution into a solid matrix.
