Recipes - Acai Berry Powder

01) Acai in bowl: 

     Add the following ingredients in a blender: 

     • Gather the following ingredients in the blender: 

     • 40 ml of water; 

     • 05 tablespoons full of acai soup powder; 

     • 60 ml of guarana syrup (or sweeten with sugar or honey to taste);

     • 14 ice cubes; 

     • Hitting well in the blender, to undo the ice cubes; 

     • Tip - After undo the ice cubes, add banana or a fruit of your choice and hit again in the blender for a few seconds.

     Place in the freezer for a few minutes until the desired consistency 


02) Vitamin acai with strawberry:

     Add the following ingredients in a blender:

     01 - 250ml of cold milk;

     02 - 2 tablespoons full (17g) of acai powder;

     03 - Sweeten with 3 tablespoons of honey or sugar to taste;

     04 - 4 medium strawberries (or fruit of your choice)

     05 - Beat all ingredients well in a blender.


03) Strawberry Shake and Acai Powder:


      50gr of acai powder

      5 clean strawberries

      200 ml of almond milk

      Sugar or sweetener to taste


      Blend all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes.


04) Acai Cream:


     50 Acai Powder

     3 bananas (or one of your own)

     100 ml of coconut milk

     4 ice cubes


     Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 5 minutes. If you prefer, add sugar or sweetener to taste.


05) Acai Juice:


      50gr spoon dosing Acai Powder.

      200 ml of water (cold or ambient temperature).

      1 bananas or other fruit.

      sugar to taste.

      Preparation: Mix all ingredients and blend in a blender or mixer


06) Acai in the Bowl:


      50gr to 75gr Acai Powder (the more acai powder is put, denser will - to taste)

      5-6 stones or ice cubes (if you use ice cubes, break the ice into smaller pieces to ease the crunch).

      100 ml of ice water.

      1 to 2 Bananas (depending on size); can add other fruits, strawberry, papaya among others.

      sugar to taste.


     1 pound ice in a blender until the ice stay in pieces.

     2 mix the rest of the ingredients to wet ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.

     3 serve acai in the bowl and if you like you can add fruit cut into pieces.


07) Yogurt with Acai Powder:


     200 ml of the original fruit yoghurt

     50gr Acai Powder

     Preparation: Add Acai Powder to yogurt and mix.
